Grant permissions so no dialog blocks the flow

Grant up front and the first-launch permission dialog never appears.

Names are cross-platform: all, bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, location, location-always, media-library, microphone, motion, notifications, phone, photos, photos-add, reminders, siri, sms. A platform name such as android.permission.CAMERA also works.

On Android the result is verified by reading the state back, because pm grant reports success for permissions the app never declared.

No screenshot: it changes what an app may do, not what is on the screen; the next dialog that does not appear is the evidence.
