mobium record

This tool on every surface: CLI · MCP · Python · JavaScript · Go · Java · .NET

Record the screen to a video

record start begins; record stop -o session.mp4 finishes and saves it; record alone says whether one is running. The saved file is checked by its own header — frames and duration — so a recording that could not be finished is reported rather than saved as if it had been.

Android records a frame only when the screen changes: a still screen is one frame, which is not a failure. A real iPhone records WebDriverAgent's screen stream: about ten frames a second, at full size.
