Read the device timezone, or change it. These call app_timezone.

Timezone​

func (d *Device) Timezone(ctx context.Context) (string, error)

Timezone reports the device timezone.

SetTimezone​

func (d *Device) SetTimezone(ctx context.Context, tz string) error

SetTimezone changes the device timezone, confirmed by reading it back. Takes an IANA name such as "Asia/Tokyo"; an unknown one is accepted by the device and ignored, which the check catches. Works on real hardware.

Examples​

Move the device to Tokyo time​
