notifications · postNotification · shade

This tool on every surface: CLI · MCP · Python · JavaScript · Go · Java · .NET

Read the notification shade, post a notification to it, or open it. These call app_notifications.

notifications

public List<Map<String, Object>> notifications()

What is in the notification shade — how a test asserts an app posted what it should. Each map has package, title and text.

@return each notification, with its package, title and text

postNotification

public void postNotification(String title, String text)
public void postNotification(String text)

Puts a notification in the shade as an interruption, confirmed by reading the shade back.

@param title the notification's title @param text the notification's body

Puts a notification in the shade under the default title, "Mobium".

@param text the notification's body

shade

public void shade(boolean open)

Opens or closes the notification panel. A notification cannot be tapped until the shade is open: until then it is not on screen and map() cannot see it. Discards the refs from the last map.

@param open true to open the shade, false to close it
