List the apps installed on the device, with their id, version and whether they came with the platform. These call app_list_apps.
apps
def apps(system: bool=False) -> list[dict[str, Any]]
Installed apps, each with id, name, version and whether it is a system app.
By default only apps someone installed — a stock Android emulator ships about 240 system packages. Name is empty on Android.
